​Introducing Clarity Human Services!
New HMIS
The Tampa Hillsborough Homeless Initiative (THHI) is excited to announce that it will be adopting Clarity Human Services Software from Bitfocus as its new Homeless Management Information System (HMIS)!
The Transition
THHI’s HMIS team will be working closely with Bitfocus over the next several months to migrate all data to the new system and train all HMIS users in the new system to guarantee a seamless transition.

This change will bring much-needed improvements to our system in areas such as ease of use, reporting, and outreach tools.
Current Users
We are confident that Clarity Human Services will improve HMIS user satisfaction, community reporting, and overall efficacy in our data collection and analysis.
HMIS users and partner agencies can expect more communication from the HMIS team as we schedule user trainings, collect user feedback, and perform other HMIS transition activities.
